Q: Is the pool heated?

The pool is heated all year round for your comfort.

Q: What facilities do you have?

The Arc Resort has 3 x BBQs, large outdoor kitchen adjacent to pool and bbqs. There is a sauna and spa in every unit. You can fish from your jetty. There are 5 seating areas also. Easy walking distance to Jupiters Casino, Pacific Fair, shops and public transport.

Q: How close are you to Broadbeach?

It is about a 7 minute walk.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes our friendly staff at reception can help you booking theme park tickets.

Q: Do you have after hours check ins?

Yes, the managers live on-site. For any checkins after 9.00pm a key will be left in a security box, prior arrangement is necessary.

Q: Can I get a late check out?

Yes if arranged in advance and there are no check ins that day. Luggage can be left for a later pick up.

Q: When do I pay a deposit?

At time of booking, balance is due on arrival.

Q: Is there car parking at the facility?

Yes, there is undercover parking and also parking in a secure area inside the compound.

Q: Do you have internet facilities?

Yes all units have internet access, ask reception for more information.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

Every 7 days for long stays.

Q: Where can I buy my groceries?

There are 3 supermarkets all within a 7 minute walk.

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, all freshly cleaned linen is supplied.

Q: Are the units fully self contained?

Yes all units are fully self contained, they include a kitchen and laundry.

Q: Is there much traffic noise?

No we are situated in a street with no through traffic, so there is very little traffic noise, it is very quiet and peaceful.
